Course Description: The course consists of 18-holes, each with dual concrete tees, and Chainstar baskets (with a 19th practice basket) that wrap around the historic North Hibbing penninsula, which drops off several hundred feet into operating, and abandoned, open pit iron mines. Spectacular views of Hibbing's mining history can be viewed while playing the course.
With a totally unique location, and through ingenious and exhaustive course layout options, the HDGA developed a championship calibre course in collaboration with Anton Tomanovich, our disc golf course design professional from northern Minnesota.
Course Location: North Hibbing - Hull Rust Mahoning Mine City Park is not hard to find. State Highway 169 is the primary route through Hibbing, Minnesota. Once you are on it, you can approach from the north (13th Street) or the south (1st Avenue).
