Description: Fairly tight (some open holes), in beautiful park. Good variety, minor elevation and 2 awesome shots over manmade ponds. Water in play on 4 holes. Dual tees. No facilities.

Directions: SE corner of FM 2818 and University Ave. Enter on Research Pky off of University, 1st right on System Loop and park three quarters of the way around. 1st tee on the right at bridge with small pond.
